Bhushan Jalgaonkar is a hospitality veteran. 28 years ago, he began his career as a chef. But Bhushan’s vision went far beyond what he could present on a plate. With an appetite for new opportunities, he soon found himself managing operations and facilities. His love for food often competes with his love for music and travel.

Shikha Kulkarni

Belief: Believe in today. Yesterday is past, tomorrow is future.   

Shikha Kulkarni was born with a competitive edge. A go-getter, she spent over 15 years in leading hospitality groups and even cut her teeth as an entrepreneur. Shikha supplements her proficiency in hotel management and catering with her training in applied nutrition. Known for being one to get behind the wheel, she enjoys driving when the time allows.

Bushra Kalimi

It’s serendipitous that Bushra Kalimi herself is a prolific cook. Her talent in managing kitchens, catering units and sales teams has been sharpened over 14 years spent in the hospitality and real estate sectors. His cross-functional experience has taught him valuable problem solving skills. A sports lover, he claims to have picked up a few team-building skills on the field too.

Navneet Tharwal has been feeding his passion for food for over 26 years. Finicky about quality, presentation, safety and hygiene, he sees them as concordant with great taste. This chef has innovated more than just recipes, he has developed action plans for higher customer satisfaction. While food is his first love, cricket comes a close second.
